Unique Times-Germanwings crash: Co-pilot practiced descent

Investigations on the Germanwings crash have come under the conclusion that the co-pilot had practiced many rapid descents on the previous flights before crashing into the French Alps. Andreas Lubritz, the co-pilot of the Germanwings Airbus 320 is suspected of intentionally crashing the aircraft into French Alps killing about150 people on the flight. He also purposefully locked the captain out of the cockpit. Lubritz had practiced many descents on the flight into Barcelona just few hours before he intentionally crashed the flight on the return flight to Dusseldorf. It is reported that Lubritz had repeatedly adjusting the settings in order not to give any doubts to the passengers as well as to the crew. On further investigations to the crash it is found out that Lubritz suffered from severe depression leading him to search about suicide attempts and about cockpit door security a week before the crash.
