Initially, he appointed seven efficient staffs as working partners. The idea worked well and now the company has about one hundred and forty working partners. He believes it is through their hard work and dedication the company has achieved phenomenal growth over the years. In addition, Mr. Varghese maintains close relations with his vendors, as they continue to provide quality products which help to deliver high quality catering service. The company has four branches in prominent locations across Kerala: Ernakulam, Thiruvalla, Kayamkulam and Trivandrum and together they have served close to three million customers.
