Have you ever thought that why our ancestors advised us to abstain from any kind of heavy food in the month of October?

Actually, such an act will help to detoxify your body. But, simply eating light food items will not serve the result you expect.

There are some natural detoxification materials which help our body to rejuvenate ourselves.

The prime detoxification substances, which are easily available, are Cilantro, Triphala, Milk Thistle, Neem and Mint.

It is difficult to consume most of them in a raw state as it has an unpleasant taste, but the fact is that it is best to consume it in this state as the quality of the substance is high in such a state.

The Mint is more popular compared to others in the list. The Mint Tea is very useful and is commonly used in the urban as well as village areas.

At least, try to consume a glass of mint tea in the month which you chose to practise the detoxification if it is difficult for you to consume other items mentioned in the small list.
