Egg – 2

Sugar – 2/3 cup

Maida – 7 tablespoons

Baking powder – 2 pinch

Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon

Yellow food colour – 1 pinch

Ghee/ Oil – for greasing


Preheat the oven at 150 degrees for 15 minutes.

Beat the egg with using a hand mixer. Then add sugar and vanilla essence into it. Beat it well.

Then add the baking powder and yellow food colour into the beating mixture, Give a gentle mix.

Now added the sieved Maida flour slowly and mix it well.

Take an aluminium foil sheet and apply a thin coating of ghee or butter.

Transfer this mixture into squeeze bottle and pour this batter onto the aluminium foil sheet drop by drop like coin shapes.

Keep enough space in between the drops for avoiding attach together.

Once the baking sheet is full, place the sheet into the preheated oven.

Bake it till became golden yellow colour.

The biscuits will be slightly soft. Allow it cool, it will turn crispy.  Then remove the coin biscuits from the sheet. And keep it in the air- tight containers.

Serve it with hot coffee.
