Ripe mango Smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. Ripe mangoes – 3
  2. Sugar – 1 cup
  3. Thick Milk – 1 Cup
  4. Mint leaves – 3 slang (for garnishing)
  5. Salt – 1 pinch

 

Method.

Remove the skin and seeds and take out the pulp.Add the sugar and milk to this and blend it till a thick frothy mixture is obtained.

  • Add salt and serve in 4 tall glasses with plenty of ice cubes.Garnish this with a piece of mango stuck on the edge of the glass.
  • A perfect drink that can  quench your thirst as well as hunger.
  • Garnish it with mint leaves
