Ripe mango Smoothie

Ingredients.

3 ripe mangoes

1 cup of sugar

1 cup thick milk

a pinch of salt can be optional.

Method.

  • Remove the skin and seeds and take out the pulp.Add the sugar and milk to this and blend it till a thick frothy mixture is obtained.
  • Add salt and serve in 4 tall glasses with plenty of ice cubes.Garnish this with a piece of mango stuck on the edge of the glass.
  • A perfect drink that can  quench your thirst as well as hunger.
