raspberry fizz
INGREDIENTS:
- Sugar – ½ cup
- Lime juice – 3 tablespoon
- Raspberry juice – 1 cup
- Ginger ale – 1 cup
- Cranberry juice – 2 cup
- Lemon – 1 (cut into wedges)
- Carbonated water – 3 cups
- Crushed ice – 2 cups
- Water – ½ cup
PREPARATION:
- To make sugar syrup add sugar and water in a pan and bring to boil. Boiling it for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add lime juice. Cool it in a room temperature.
- In a large pitcher, combine raspberry juice, ginger ale, cranberry juice, carbonated water and lemon sugar syrup. To serve, pour into glasses and add crushed ice into it. Garnish it with lemon wedges.
