Prawns Masala Ada

Ingredients
Rice flour-2 1/2 cups
Prawns- 300 gm
Chopped onion- 2
Chopped ginger-1 teaspoon
Chopped garlic-1 teaspoon
Chopped green chili-3
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder-3 teaspoons
Garam masala- 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves-as required
Coriander leaves-as required
Oil-2 tablespoon
Method
Marinate the cleaned prawns in the mixture formed by combining the chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Then, fry it in oil and keep it aside.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons oil and sauté the onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli with 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder until it gets light brown in colour. Add fried prawns into it.Add curry leaves and sauté it again for around 2 minutes.
Knead the rice flour with salt and water as required.
Take a medium-sized ball from the kneaded dough and press it on a banana leaf. Spoon in the masala into it and fold it. Steam-cook it for around 20-30 minutes.
