Potato Stuffed Idli

Ingredients

Boiled Potatoes                                  – 4 Nos

Green Chilli                                         – 2 Nos

Chopped Onion                                  – 1 Nos

Curry leaves                                       – 10 Nos

Coriander leaves (Chopped)       – 2 Tablespoon

Turmeric powder                             – ¼ Teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste                           – 1 Teaspoon

Oil and Salt                                          – As much as required

Idli Batter

Method

Heat a pan and add oil. Add Onion, green chillies, ginger, garlic paste and curry leaves into the pan.  Stir it well. Add turmeric powder, grated potatoes, salt and chopped coriander leaves and mix well. Turn off stove. Take small quantity of potato mix and make small tikki shape. Pour some idli batter in each idly moulds. Now, place one potato tikki in idli batter and fill mould. Pour batter on the top of the potato tikki. Steam idli.
