‘Petromax’:Tamannaah’s new venture gets U/A certification

Actress Tamannaah’s ‘Petromax’ directed by Rohin Venkatesan recently went through the censure formalities and was awarded a clean U/A certificate by the censor board. Confirming the same the makers have shared a new poster of the movie with U/A tag on their official social media pages of Eagle’s Eye Production.

The film is slated to hit the theaters on October 11 this year, and its post-production and promos are happening at a rapid speed right now. As per the recents reports on social media the film was decided to release on October 27, on the occasion of Diwali, the makers took it to Twitter and confirmed the final release date. The release date has been announced by none other than Vijay Sethupathi.

‘Petromax’ is the official remake of Telugu super hit film ‘Anando Brahma’ directed by Mahi V Raghav. Tamannaah Bhatia will be seen playing the role of Taapsee Pannu in the Tamil remake. Produced by A Kumar under the banner of Eagle’s Eye Production, Yogi Babu, Kaali Venkat, Sathyan, Mansoor Ali Khan and Vaibhav Reddy are also seen in the movie playing pivotal roles. Music direction for this flick is done by Ghibran with Dani Raymond wielding the camera and Leo John Paul editing it.
