Oldest Known Cancer Cure……..

Our cave ancestors rarely got cancer. But we have a huge and growing epidemic. More than 14 million people are diagnosed every year. And more than 8 million die of the disease. One big reason for this is vitamin D. For thousands of years, our ancestors lived naked in the sun. All that sunshine allowed them to produce plenty of this primal nutrient.  But today we don’t spend so much time outdoors. We work in modern buildings. We cover our bodies with clothes and sunscreen. Pollution and windows block life-saving sunshine by up to 60%. In other words, we don’t get the same natural cancer protection our ancestors did. Research confirms it. The more vitamin D you make from sunshine, the lower your chances are of dying from cancer. In a study, in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition more than 87% of us have a vitamin D deficiency. It is good to do a vitamin D level check up at least once or twice a year. All it takes is a simple blood test.  For cancer prevention, aim to keep your vitamin D blood levels between 40 and 60 ng/ml. Here’s how to get there:

1. Get some sun –Your body makes vitamin D when sunlight hits your skin. Getting out in

the midday sun for 10 to 15 minutes will give you between 3,000 and 5,000 IUs of

vitamin D.

2. Eat vitamin D foods –The best sources are wild-caught fish like salmon, tuna, herring,

sardines, and anchovies. Other good sources include eggs, beef, and cheese from

pastured animals. And a tablespoon of cod liver oil gives you more than 1,300 IU.

3.. Take a supplement – Most of us don’t get enough vitamin D from sun and food. That’s

why supplements are also recommend like D 3 (cholecalciferol). It’s the same form our

body produces.

You’ll never hear about this miraculous cancer therapy from the mainstream media. A

story like this would be too offensive to the pharma industry.

But vitamin D is not the only natural cancer treatment it is one of the natural way.
