Miss South India

Pegasus  Event Makers; the organizers of Manappuram Miss South India Pageant announced the venue and dates for the 2013 edition of the contest. The event will be conducted at Lulu International Convention Centre, Thrissur on 9th of January 2013. Miss South India is not just another beauty contest. Attracting talents from all over South India, it reflects the culture and tradition of India. The pageant showcases South India in all its splendor. Auditions will be held in Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore and Kerala.

Last years edition which was conducted in Kochi was a big success. Pegasus was established in the year 2000 as a proprietary firm. Initially the firm was into the event management alone.The idea of conducting beauty pageants under the title Miss South India was conceived in the year 2002 and the said title was crowned for the very first time in the same year. In 2003, a musical band was formed to promote the new talents in Kerala under the banner Minnalai, which had given more than 10 play back singers to the industry. Pegasus also conducts other major shows like the Minnalai awards, Miss Queen of India and MBA Awards.
