Milk – 3cup
Sugar – ¾ cup
Flour – 2 cup
Ghee- 8 tablespoon
Cashew nuts – 15
Milk maid – 1 tin
Cardamom powder – 1 teaspoon
Rose Water – few drops
Water – 1 cup
Combine water and flour in a deep pan. Boil it on the low flame.
When the mixture starts to boil, add sugar, milk and milk maid into it. Stir continuously.
Cook it until it becomes thick and then add ghee, cardamom powder and rose water into it, mix it well. Cook it until it becomes the desired consistency.
Add the cashew nuts. Mix well. When it starts to leaving the sides of the pan, remove the pan from the heat.
Pour this mixture into the greased tray. Spread evenly in the tray. Allow it to cool. Cut it into desired shapes.
