Mango Puree – 500 gm
Milk – 1 litre
Corn Flour – 1 tablespoon
Milk maid – 200 gm
Cardamom powder – ¼ teaspoon
Almonds, pista – ¼ cup (chopped)
Take a pan and combine the milk and milkmaid (sweetened condensed milk) together.
Heat the milk in low flame and bring to boil. Stir well and cook it for about 15 minutes.
Take a small bowl and dissolve 1 tablespoon of corn flour in 2 tablespoons milk. Make a smooth paste. Add this corn flour paste in the pan and stir well for about 5 minutes. Then remove the pan from the flame.
Keep it aside for cool. After cool it, add mango puree and mix well.
Now add cardamom powder and chopped almonds and pista. Stir well.
Take kulfi moulds and pour this mixture into it. Freeze it for about 6 hours till set. Remove from the moulds and serve immediately.
