Sugar – ¼ cup
Mango – 1 big (ripe)
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
In a blender, add ripped mangos and blend until smooth.
In a pan, add mango puree, sugar and lime juice over low heat, stir mixture at least 15 -25 minutes or until it is thick.
Cooked until it turns glossy texture.
Allow this to cool completely. Store in an airtight container and keep it in the refrigerator. And it can be used for 1 month.
The Yummy mango jam is ready. Serve it with bread or chappathi.
