Water is an important element. Water is one of the major components in our body. Most of us are least bothered about the necessity of maintaining the water level in our body.
A study suggests that it is very important to maintain the water level in our body. It is advised that a normal person must drink at least eight to ten glasses of water a day.
How many of you drink at least six glasses of water a day? Most of us are either unaware or less bothered about the necessity.
There are many reasons for our negligence: our changed lifestyle, our attraction towards aerated drinks, our irresponsible attitude and our lack of awareness.
Noting can replace water. Try to drink at least eight to ten glasses of water each day. Water can keep away diseases at the bay. Stay Healthy!!!!!
