When I was selected as one of the top 6 finalists, I just hoped and hoped for the ultimate victory. I presented myself in every round to ensure that but during the Q/A session I felt like I messed it up. Not sure if it was because of my nervousness, but it didn’t go well. So I knew that I lost the Miss South India crown there and then. I made that mistake so I welcomed the result”. As mentioned, she lost the main title to Tamil beauty Bavithra who graced the ramp as the winner. “I felt sad.” said Reshma remembering the big moment “I was declared as the second runner up, I was a tad bit disappointed because it was not the title but happy to be there as the top three. It means a lot as I have worked really hard in this contest. The judges recognized that in me and it felt glorious”.
