Kesha receives support from the entertainment industry
Pop sensation and “Tik Tok” singer Kesha has been going through a rough phase in her personal and professional life with her ongoing battle with producer Dr Luke. Grammy award winner and popular singer Taylor Swift donated 250000$ to help Kesha with her ongoing legal battle.
Kesha reported to have been sexual abused by Dr Luke for years and she filed injunction to be released from recording contract with the producer. However the plea was denied by the in New York City on Friday. The judge claimed that “there has been no showing of irreparable harm” which caused the singer to burst into tears. Since the verdict, the entertainment industry have been showering their support. Several celebrities took to twitter to express their outrage. #FreeKesha movement started in social media and major cities.
