JACKFRUIT ICE CREAM
Jack Fruit – 1 cup
Sugar – ½ Cup
Whipping Cream – 1 cup
Coconut Milk – 1 cup
Milk Maid – as required
Dry Ginger Powder – 1 teaspoon
Almonds – For garnishing
Add jack fruit in the blender. Blend it until smooth paste. Keep it aside in the refrigerator.
Pour the whipping cream into a bowl. Beat it well. Then add sugar and coconut milk into it. Mix everything well.
Add milk maid, dry ginger powder and fruit pulp into it. Beat well till combined.
Pour this mixture into a flattened dish. Freeze it until half set. When half set, take the dish out, then beat the mixture well again till smooth. Replace the dish in the freezer again. And freeze again overnight.
Jack fruit ice cream is ready. Garnish the ice cream with almonds and jack fruit. Serve chill.
