Ivanka reaches India

The US President Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, who is the president’s prime advisor, has reached India Today.

As per the report, the flight carrying Ivanka and some US officials has landed in Rajiv Gandhi International Airport in Shamshabad at around 3 AM today morning.

Ms Ivanka, who has been received by the US ambassador to India, Kenneth Juster, and the Telangana State Information Technology secretary, Jayesh Ranjan, will attend the Global Entrepreneurship Summit, the event which will take place at Hyderabad International Convention Centre, today evening.

An hour after reaching the airport, the US president’s advisor has checked into the Trident Hotel, which is located near the venue in which the event is going to take place.

It is learned that Ms Ivanka will not attend any other event in the region other than the summit. As per the report, the US officials have turned down the request made by the Andhra Pradesh government to have the US president’s advisor to participate in an official event conceptualised by the state.

Interestingly, the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, will also visit the venue today evening. The official inauguration of the aforementioned event will be done by the Honourable PM.

Ms Ivanka’s visit to India gains more prominence as India is consistently trying to forge a better relation with the Trump’s US.
