Insomnia will never lead to depression if brain is highly active


There is a general feeling that the disorder of insomnia is the prime cause of the mental state of depression. Are all those people who have difficulty in sleep susceptible to this mental state?

The study has found that not all people who have difficulty in sleep are vulnerable to this dangerous mental state. It has been stated that even though one could not maintain a proper sleep habit, he/she can escape this mental illness by following a proper diet and maintaining a highly active brain.

The new study report has erased several notions about the disease and has suggested that the healthy diet and healthy brain are two necessary factors which are needed to keep the mental diseases such as the depression and depression-related mental illness at the bay.

Those, who are not able to maintain a proper sleep habit due to the nature of their job, must make sure that they are taking a proper amount of vitamins and minerals and are keeping their brain highly active.
