Girl beheaded in Jharkhand by two men
A three-year-old girl has been strangled to death and beheaded by two men in the Indian state of Jharkhand.
The men abducted the girl from a railway station in the state, where the girl, her mother and her mother’s partner were sleeping.
When the mother identified that her child was missing, she filed a police complaint. She, in her statement, raised suspicion about her partner.
Her partner was arrested as per her statement. What role he played in the crime has not been identified yet.
It was after verifying the footages of the CCTVs installed in the railway station from which the girl was abducted that the involvement of the two main accused persons was identified.
The two main accused persons have confessed their involvement in the crime when they have been thoroughly questioned by the police authority in the state.
The head of the body has not been recovered yet. The service of sniffer dogs has been sought to detect the missing part of the body.
It is one of the most horrific incidents that have been reported from the state in its near history. The culprits deserve serious punishment. If these inhuman criminals go unpunished, it will give a wrong message to the society.
It is to be noted that the girl is actually the victim of a broken family. The partner of the girl’s mother against whom the girl’s mother gave statement to the police was with whom the lady eloped leaving her husband in West Bengal.
Family is a divine establishment. It must be protected and respected. Children living under the security of this establishment are less likely to fall under the clutches of exploitation and similar evils.
