GARLIC RICE

 

Ingredients

 

Cooked rice-2 cup

Garlic Paste-2 tea spoon

Chopped green chilly- 2

Cashewnuts -5

Silvered Badam-5

Chopped fresh coriander-1 tea spoon

Ghee-1 table spoon

Salt and pepper  – as needed

 

Preparation

 

  1. Heat ghee in a Chinese pan.
  2. Add garlic and green chilies and fry till garlic turns golden brown.
  3. Add the dry fruits and roast for 30 seconds.
  4. Now add cooked rice, sprinkle salt and pepper and mix well.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
