Cooked rice-2 cup
Garlic Paste-2 tea spoon
Chopped green chilly- 2
Chopped fresh coriander-1 tea spoon
Ghee-1 table spoon
Salt and pepper – as needed
- Heat ghee in a Chinese pan.
- Add garlic and green chilies and fry till garlic turns golden brown.
- Add the dry fruits and roast for 30 seconds.
- Now add cooked rice, sprinkle salt and pepper and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
