GARLIC PRAWN

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 prawns – ½ kg
  2. Maida – 1 tsp
  • Cornflour – 1 tsp
  • Ajino moto – 1 pinch
  • Soya sauce – 1 tsp
  • Custard powder – 1 tsp
  • Baking powder – 1 tsp
  • Water to mix
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  1. Tomato pure – ½ cup
  • Onion – 1 no
  • Garlic paste – 12 cloves
  • Ginger paste – ¼ tsp
  • Chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Chicken stock – 1 cup
  • Corn flour – 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 3 tsp
  • Chopped spring onions

 

METHOD

  • Marinate cleaned prawns in no.2 ingredients for about 20 minutes .deep fry and keep it in a serving plate. In the same oil , fry chopped onions until tender . add ginger garlic paste . sauté well until oil comes out . add chilli powder and tomato puree ,conflour , chicken stock and soya sauce to it . add enough salt and pepper .spread it over the fried prawns . decorate with minced spring onions.
