A man who inspires us by just opening up his mind, says here is no business without risk. It is your deep desire that in which way you’d like to grow, and how far you want to travel. You need to love what you do. It’s called passion. Find your passion because it’s the place to start on your road to success as an entrepreneur. Your performance depends on it. “Passion without action is to have the Ferrari in the garage collecting dust.” Do not blindly follow someone else. To some people, life is a burden and they spend their time regretting and cursing the day they were born. Some others see life as a gift and so make the most of everyday they live. Have your own signature to whatever you introduce into the market. Customer is the most important Person and need to take care the Clients with utmost responsibility and commitment. Always keep determined and have your eyes fixed on the goal. Unlike many other we interviewed, Mr. Ajayakumar took more time to give success tips which would immensely help people who look upto successful people for motivation. He asks us to Get Organized, Keep Detailed Records, Analyze Your Competition, Understand the Risks and Rewards, Be Creative, Stay Focused, Prepare to Make Sacrifices, Provide Great Service and to Be Consistent.

On how his perception has changed over three decades….

There are many ways we project our perceptions about life and things around us. We need a holistic experience of life before holding very strong and rigid views about many things in life, without this, you may find it difficult to enjoy life, build good relationships, pursue a rewarding career, contribute to good environment, the society and manage changes that occur from time to time. To develop the right perception of life,

• It is important that we devote some time on regular basis to study.
• It is import to think outside the box and look at issues from other people’s point of view before arriving at rigid conclusions.
• We must learn to accept other people for who they are and respect them genuinely.
• We must be ready to understand every phase of life with fortitude and grace.
• We must live in integrity.
• We must respect other people’s right to live and do their business.
• We must contribute to the wellbeing of our communities and defend the rights of the vulnerable
• We must uphold the dignity of labour.
• We must reverence our creator and honour him in all things.

Family and Support. Passion and Hobbies.

His wife, Beena Ajayakumar is a huge support to his business from the onset. His son, Abin Ajayakumar, a Cyber-security specialist, has completed Computer Engineering from Boston University and Masters in Cyber Security from Carnegie Mellon University in US.

Mr. C J Ajayakumar loves travelling, mostly business-related and blended with leisure. His favourite travel destinations are United States, South India and Asian countries. Reading about successful people is another pastime hobby. He computes and keeps researching about the new technological and innovative growth, and prefers electronic reading. He does Yoga habitually, which provides him with focus and concentration. Badminton is something he loves to do otherwise to keep him energetic and healthy.
