Chilli Fish

INGREDIENTS

Fish – 250 gm (cut into cubs)

Corn flour – 4 teaspoons

Maida – 4 teaspoon

Garlic – 2 (chopped)

Ginger – 1 (small)

Salt to taste

Egg – 1 (white)

Red chilli sauce -2 teaspoon

Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon

Capsicum – 1 (cubed)

Garlic paste –½ teaspoon (paste)

Ginger paste –½ teaspoon (paste)

Green chilli – 3 (sliced)

Onion – 1 (chopped)

Soya sauce -2 teaspoon

Tomato sauce – as required

 

Method

Marinate the fish with corn flour, ginger and garlic paste, Maida, pepper powder, 1 teaspoon chilli sauce, egg white and salt. Get aside for half an hour.

Heat oil in a pan for frying. Add marinated fish pieces into it and deep fry. Drain it.

Add the onions and capsicum in the same oil. Saute it well. to the onion gets brown colour, add garlic, ginger, green chilli, 1 teaspoon chilli sauce, soya sauce and tomato sauce. Sauté it well. Then put the fried fish pieces. After adding the fish pieces, sprinkle some water on it. Saute over medium high flame, until it cooked. serve hot
