- Chicken – 1 kg
- Cinnamon – 2
Clove – 2
Fennel – 1 tsp.
Garlic – 8 cloves
Ginger – 2
Pepper – 1tsp
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
- Potato – 4 nos
Oil – ¾ cup
Ginger pieces -1
Garlic – 6 cloves
Oion – 2 big
Grind all the ingredients in number one into a smooth paste and marinate the chicken pieces. keep it aside for 1 hour.
After 1 hour , cook the chicken on a slow fire in a kadai.
Heat the oil and fry the onion , ginger and garlic until golden brown. keep it aside.
In the same oil, fry the potatoes golden brown.
Fry the half cooked chicken pieces also in the same oil.
Add all the ingredients and the remaining chicken gravy.
Boil until the chicken become tender.
