CHICKEN PAKODA
INGREDIENTS:
Boneless Chicken – 500 gm (Chopped)
Crushed red pepper – 1 tablespoon
Gram flour – ¼ cup
Rice flour – ¼ cup
Corn flour -1/4 cup
Oil for frying
Red chilli powder -1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ tablespoon
Ginger garlic -2 tablespoon (paste)
Cumin powder – 1 tablespoon
Garam masala powder – 2 tablespoon
Egg – 1
Lemon juice -3 to 4 tablespoon
Salt to taste
METHOD:
Add all ingredients in a bowl, except eggs and flour. Mix it well. Rest aside and marinate it for 15 minutes.
Before you fry, add in eggs and flour into it. Mix well.
Add oil in a pan and heat it for deep frying. Add chicken into it and fry till golden. Then remove the chicken pieces from the oil.
Drain it and serve them hot with pudina (mint) chutney.
