Chess Olympiad, Indian women win against Poland, men lose to the USA
The fifth-seeded Indian Women’s team crown the fourth round 3- 1 against Poland in the 43rd World Chess Olympiad in Batumi, Georgia
On another way in the Open section, India went down to the US 2.5 – 1.5 with former World Champion V Anand lost his game against World No 2 Fabiano Caruana.
The between Sasikiran and Shankland completed just with 21 move draw.
The victory is a relevant booster for the Indian chess queens after their 2 2 draws against Serbia in the third round.
