Cheese Rolls



  1. Oil -¼ cup
  2. Onion- 1
  3. Ginger garlic paste -1 teaspoon
  4. Carrot -1
  5. Capsicum -1
  6. Cabbage -2 cups
  7. Spring onion -1
  8. Green chillies -2 to 3
  9. ChoppedCoriander leaves -2 tablespoon
  10. Salt -1 teaspoon
  11. Black pepper -½ teaspoon
  12. Grated Paneer -2 tablespoon
  13. Phyllo sheets 1 dozen
  14. Beaten Egg -1



  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry the sliced onions for 2 minutes till they soften.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, spring onion, chopped green chillies and coriander with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss well, remove from the stove and allow the mixture to cool.
  4. Add the grated cottage cheese and fill the phyllo sheets with the prepared mixture.
  5. Roll tightly and stick the corners with a beaten egg.
  6. Deep fry the rolls until they turn golden brown and crisp.
