CCT Day 2: St Paul’s Stadium witnesses exceptional matches
In the second day of the Celebrity Cricket Tournament organised by the Pegasus Event Production company, the Kochin Music Challengers, Maa Fighters, Indywood TV and Volcano Dance Fighters have marked astounding victories.
When the Volcano Dance Fighters has defeated the Television Tigers by nine wickets, the Kochin Music Challenges has crushed the Team Online by eight wickets. Meanwhile, the Indywood TV has bested the Idea’s Cricket Club by seven wickets and the Maa Fighters has vanquished the Vellithira Mixed Eleven by 49 runs.
At least sixteen teams, under four different groups, are participating in the tournament organised at the Kalamassery St Paul’s stadium, Kochi.
The top two teams of each group will be qualified for the quarter-finals. From the quarter-finals onwards, the knock-out system will be followed. The finals of the CCT will take place on April 12.
