BANANA ICE CREAM
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon flour
1 cup milk
300 ml.thick cream.
- Whisk the first three ingredients till they are white and creamy.
- Heat the milk till it reaches a a simmering point and pour over the creamy mixture.Stir well till it thickens.Transfer the whole thing into a freezer pan and leave it to cool.
- Blend the banana to a smooth paste.Blend the cream to a smooth paste,and add both of these into the cold custard. And mix well till they are all well blended.Transfer to the freezer for about 3 hours.Take this out and blend again to break the ice crystals.Then put it back till well set.
- Take it off the freezer when well set and keep it in the lower compartment so that it becomes soft.Scoop out into nice round balls and serve.
