‘Bachchan pandey’: Akshay Kumar’s next project with Farhad Samji

Akshay Kumar announced his next project ‘Bachchan Pandey’ directed by Farhad Samji, in social media and shared his character look from the movie. Sajid Nadiadwala will be backed along with Farhad Samji in the movie. According to the reports it is a masala entertainer like ‘Rowdy Rathore’.

Quite an interesting fact is that , Akshay Kumar’s 2008 movie ‘Tashan’ his character name was “Bachchan Pandey’. Akshay Kumar recently wrapped up his popular comedy franchise ‘Housefull 4’ which is also directed by Farhad Samji. He is also seen to rap a song in the film.

They were also planning another movie ‘LOL: Land of Lungi’ but the film is not happening with Akshay. Nowadays Akshay Kumar is busy promoting his upcoming movie, ‘Mission Mangal’ which is going to hit the screens this Independence Day. Vidya Balan, Tapsee Pannu, Sonakshi Sinha, Sharman Joshi, Kirti Kulhari, Nithya Menon, and H R Dattatrey are the other actors playing the lead roles in the movie.

Along with this Akshay Kumar is currently shooting for ‘Sooryavanshi’ directed by Rohit Shetty opposite Katrina Kaif. He will also be seen in ‘Good News’, ‘Housefull 4’ and also features in Raghav Lawrence’s ‘Laxmi Bomb’.
