At least twelve naxals killed in Telangana

As many as twelve naxals have been killed in Indian state of Telangana, bringing the issue of naxals once again to the discussion table of the nation, which has been trying their best to eliminate all treats posed against its internal security establishment for years, and which in a sense has been for last few years preoccupied in the threat posed by the Islamic Militants, showing less enthusiasm in indentifying and confronting other security threat such as naxals.

The present killing has been occurred due to an exchange of fire between the naxals and the Greyhounds police.

The confrontation between the police and naxals has happened in the Chhattisgarh-Telangana border region.

As per the latest report, a senior Maoist leader, named Hari Bushan, is among those naxals who have been killed in the attack.

When the national media houses has approached the senior police officials seeking information about the attack, the officials have acknowledged the fact that such an attack has taken place in the early house of today.

At this moment, it is not clear how many people has been injured and is there any more deaths occurred.

Unfortunately, a security official has also been killed in the exchange of fire happened today early morning.
