Manappuram Miss South India 2013 was crowned to Ms. Anusha Venkattaraman from Chennai Tamil Nadu, who is a model and a trained bharathanatyam dancer. First runners up Ms. Sharu varghese from Alleppey, Kerala Who is a student. Second runners up Ms. Ankita Naik from Karnataka was the Miss South India winners for the year 2013

The four hour show ended at 10.30PM which had full of suspense and excitement. It’s the 10th edition of Miss South India held at Thrissur.
