What is the Dreamflower project about?

Dreamflower aims at bringing quality and workmanship delivered at the fastest pace at a reasonable price range. The company has always been keeping its customers first which enabled it to build a long-lasting relationship with all the customers who dealt with it throughout its journey. Being customer centric, its prime consideration has always been on the uncompromised quality and strict adherence to promised deadlines and specifications.

Dreamflower’s mission is to create a unique identity in the field of construction encapsulating high-end technology, rich experience and sheer dedication to the profession. Its ultimate goal is customer satisfaction with which it has succeeded in establishing the brand name in the hearts of many souls who dreamed about making their “HOME” a dream come true.

When did you begin this venture and what was the motivating factor behind it?

 The company was started in the year 2004 with the aim of providing affordable homes inside the city. The real estate was a booming business at the time but most of the projects were in the luxury segment, prices were sky high and unapproachable to working class population. I saw the opportunity to create a niche in that market, hence started a company with the intention of creating custom made budget homes. The houses we build contained all the necessary items or fittings which facilitated the home owner to move in as soon as the possession is handed over.The projects were located at prime areas very near to bus routes, schools, places of worship, shopping areas and other facilities which make a living in the flats a convenient affair. On every stage of planning, the person who is going to live in that apartment is the focal point. I always try to step into the shoes of the home dweller while we design homes.
