The golf course project is one of the biggest projects the group have ever done. The course is spread on 450 acres of land. Dr C J Roy mentioned that his smallest project is 1 acres and the largest is 450 acres.
With an aim to maintain their irrevocable standard in the hospitality sector, confident group have 4 hotels and resorts in Bangalore. Key point is the golf course and they have signed for 3 more projects with one of the biggest international brands. The Confident Cascade and Confident Ameen are still un-jolted giants; these glamour-five-star hotels are showcasing vivid experience of the hospitality. Apart from they have more hotels and malls in their manifesto.

With the restless effort of the talented supremo, the company is marching towards the International Building Materials trading, the group is set to become one of biggest in the construction materials trade. The company surprised the customers with their investment in retails sector; recently, it unveiled the world’s largest perfume boutique in Dubai. By having every major brand in their showcase, they also believe in giving the customer opportunity to create their own aroma by helping them make their own perfume. Parfum monde is the French for Perfume world, confident group is going ahead with their presence in the world. The growing conglomerate has marked big plans for the future. In Dubai, the group is in the process of building 1500 apartment for rental basis with an investment of 1 billion dirham, as a unique niche. He made an appreciable effort to interconnect different sectors.
